No matter your circumstance, starting a new position brings many kinds of pressure. American Fidelity recognizes the stress that comes with starting a new job and assists new Colleagues with adjusting to their new surroundings with an intuitive and immersive onboarding experience called StartSmart. This program covers everything from gathering your technological equipment, HR-related activities and other important things like where to park, where to eat lunch and how to enter the building. We want to set our Colleagues up for success through StartSmart!
Colleague Journey
Another step in the journey for new Colleagues at AF picks up where StartSmart leaves off with tailored communications to support Colleagues through their first several months. The communications begin on your first day with welcome messages and continues with emails and texts filled with helpful new hire information, tips and tricks for success at AF, celebrating milestones on a Colleague’s way to their one-year anniversary and more!
Journey Jumpstart
We also host a Journey Jumpstart webinar each month that provides a space for Colleagues to ask any questions they may have! This resource helps ensure new hires feel well informed about the Company and their journey as an AF Colleague.
