What is the AF STEM Fellowship Program?
The AF Teacher Fellowship program gives teachers the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a corporate IT setting, as well as network with other teachers, learning knowledge and skills that they can then take back to their classrooms to help students prepare for technology-based careers.
Teachers in the fellowship program earn a corporate salary and receive a $2,000 stipend for their classrooms along with newly equipped skills to help students pursue a future career in STEM. This year, the teacher fellows got to attend the National Sales Conference in Dallas as well!
This program connects American Fidelity IT departments and teachers together to learn more about software development, enterprise information management and technical infrastructure projects.
