Our Sales Operations and Services team is currently hiring an inside sales rep and a business conservation rep to help make a difference to our Customers!
Both roles play an important part in helping our Customers, just in different ways.
Our business model is to provide worksite benefits to our Customers – employers who want to provide benefits to their employees. Our Field Sales team works directly at these sites to help provide these benefits, while our Sales Operations and Services team works from our Oklahoma City headquarters to provide additional support to both the field and Customers.
Our business conservation reps work with employees of our Customers to help them retain coverage when they either leave the employer or if their employer no longer offers our products through their worksite. This role is vital in assisting these clients in keeping their coverage or reactivating coverage within a continuation period so that they do not miss out on benefits!

The inside sales rep works with our Customers to help their employees understand and enroll in their benefits virtually. They also work with our Field Sales team to schedule appointments and assist with other administrative tasks, plus provide business conservation support.

We’re looking for candidates with Customer service, problem-solving and consulting skills who either already have experience with insurance and reimbursement services or have a willingness to learn. The inside sales rep role is required to be a licensed health and life insurance agent, which can be acquired on the job.
