While we practice cybersecurity each day, Cybersecurity Awareness Month provides a dedicated time to focus on staying secure. Hosted by the Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) team, the entire month of October is dedicated to reminders of how to keep Customer and Company data safe but also adds a personal touch and reminds Colleagues how to keep their personal data safe.
This year, Colleagues learned about the importance of powering up their passwords, how to spot potential AI deepfakes, the added protection of biometric authentication and more. The month concluded with the ISRM team hosting virtual and in-person booths to answer individual questions about the latest tools scammers are using and how Colleagues can protect data.
