How do I opt in to receive notifications about my insurance claims?
To opt in to receive notifications about your insurance claims online:
- Log in to your online account.
- Hover over your name at the top of your screen and click Communication Preferences.
- Check the Electronic Opt-In email and/or text boxes to opt in to all emails and texts.
- Use the Communication Categories drop-down box to customize how you'd like to receive notifications about your account, claims, transactions, and more.
- When you’re finished with your selections, click Save Communication Preferences at the bottom of the screen.
To opt in to receive notifications about your insurance claims using AFmobile:
- Log in to AFmobile.
- Tap the More icon located in the lower-right corner of the app.
- Scroll down to Communication and tap Communication Preferences.
- Opt in to all emails and texts by enabling Electronic Opt-In.
- To view more communication preferences, select Show All Communication Categories.
- Choose any other methods of communication you’d like to enable.
- When you’re finished with your selections, tap the Save button.
Note: Communication preferences for your reimbursement account are managed separately. To update notifications for your reimbursement account, go to the Communication Settings in your reimbursement account portal.
