Then, create or log in to your American Fidelity online account. You’ll have 24/7 access to your balances, claims status, and more—all from your mobile device.

How do I download AFmobile?
To download AFmobile for your Apple device, search AFmobile in the Apple App Store. The app requires OS 6.0 or higher.
To download AFmobile for your Android device, search AFmobile in the Google Play Store. The app requires OS 5.0 or higher.
Follow your device prompts to complete the download and installation process.
How do I register for an account?
To register, you’ll need your Social Security Number and the email address you used at enrollment. Your username and password are created by you. Your username and password is the same for both AFmobile and online
How do I change my password?
To change your account password when you’re already logged in, simply select Change Password from within your profile. Tap Update Password when you’re done.
What if I forget my password?
To reset your password from the app, tap Login Help from the login screen. Then, type your username and select Submit. Your security question will appear. After you correctly answer this question, a temporary password will be sent to the email address on your account.
Log in to your account using the temporary password provided. After you reset your password, you’ll be able to log in to AFmobile.
What if I forget my username?
If you forget your username, tap Login Help from the login screen on AFmobile. Input your last name, Social Security Number, and email address associated with your American Fidelity account. You will receive an email with your username and further instructions.
How do I edit my profile?
The profile screen allows you to view and edit your personal information, including your:
- Name and address
- Email address
- Communication preferences
- Direct deposit
To make changes to your information, tap the pencil icon on your profile overview. Fill in your information and save.
How do I enroll in direct deposit?
To enroll in direct deposit through AFmobile, tap your profile icon at the top right. Then, scroll down to the Direct Deposit section. There, you can enroll in either Reimbursement Direct Deposit or Insurance Direct Deposit. Note: you’ll need to set up direct deposit for your insurance benefits and reimbursement accounts separately.
How do I report my Benefits Debit Card(s) lost or stolen?
To view your Benefits Debit Card(s), first tap Overview under Reimbursement Accounts. Then, open the menu at the top left and select Cards. Lastly, tap Report Lost/Stolen and follow the instructions to receive a new card.
Where can I view a history of my claims?
For Insurance Claims:
From the home dashboard, locate the Insurance Claim section to find a list of all insurance benefits claims you’ve submitted. You can sort claims by status (paid/processed or in process) by selecting the appropriate red tabs.
For Reimbursement Accounts:
From the home dashboard, select the reimbursement account you wish to review. You can view your recent transactions from this page.
Can I submit a receipt through AFmobile?
Yes. If you have a receipt or document to substantiate your claim, simply take a photo with your device’s camera. When you file a new claim, you will be given the option to add camera photos for documentation.
If you need to submit documentation for an existing claim, you can click Additional Documentation from the home dashboard to attach it to a pending claim.
Can I receive notifications about my claims?
Yes. From your profile, you may select how you’d like to receive notifications about your account, claims, and transactions from your AFmobile profile. Simple click the person icon on the top right of your AFmobile dashboard, and scroll down to Communications. Please note, your reimbursement account communication preferences are selected separately. Please select Reimbursement Communications to update these specific account notifications.
How can I view my Benefits Debit Card information?
Select Manage Your Accounts from the home dashboard. Then, click the menu icon on the top left of the screen and select Cards.
How do I decrease the size of my claim documentation before uploading?
You can upload files up to 10 MB through your mobile or online account. Typically, this is about 23 to 35 pages per claim when using default phone settings.
To decrease your files before uploading:
Option 1: Screenshot the photo and crop it down.
- From your photos app, select the photo(s) you want to resize.
- Take a screenshot of the photo.
- Open the screenshot and crop out unnecessary claim information such as phone service provider, time, battery level, etc.
- Save the screenshot.
- Upload the resized photo.
Option 2: Resize the existing photo by emailing it to yourself.
- From your Photos app, select the photo(s) you want to resize then tap Share.
- Choose Mail and select the recipient, choosing your own email as the recipient if you want to resize an image and share it with yourself.
- Tap Send to open the resize options, and choose Small, Medium, or Large (it will show the file size).
- Open the email you sent yourself, tap and hold the attached photo to save.
- Upload the resized photo.
