How do I download AFmobile?

To download AFmobile for your Apple device, search AFmobile in the Apple App Store. The app requires OS 6.0 or higher.

To download AFmobile for your Android device, search AFmobile in the Google Play Store. The app requires OS 5.0 or higher.

Follow your device prompts to complete the download and installation process.

To register, you’ll need your Social Security Number and the email address you used at enrollment. Your username and password are created by you. Your username and password is the same for both AFmobile and online

Register for an Account

To change your account password when you’re already logged in, simply select Change Password from within your profile. Tap Update Password when you’re done.

To reset your password from the app, tap Login Help from the login screen. Then, type your username and select Submit. Your security question will appear. After you correctly answer this question, a temporary password will be sent to the email address on your account.

Log in to your account using the temporary password provided. After you reset your password, you’ll be able to log in to AFmobile.

If you forget your username, tap Login Help from the login screen on AFmobile. Input your last name, Social Security Number, and email address associated with your American Fidelity account. You will receive an email with your username and further instructions.

The profile screen allows you to view and edit your personal information, including your:

  • Name and address
  • Email address
  • Communication preferences
  • Direct deposit

To make changes to your information, tap the pencil icon on your profile overview. Fill in your information and save.

To enroll in direct deposit through AFmobile, tap your profile icon at the top right. Then, scroll down to the Direct Deposit section. There, you can enroll in either Reimbursement Direct Deposit or Insurance Direct Deposit. Note: you’ll need to set up direct deposit for your insurance benefits and reimbursement accounts separately.

To view your Benefits Debit Card(s), first tap Overview under Reimbursement Accounts. Then, open the menu at the top left and select Cards. Lastly, tap Report Lost/Stolen and follow the instructions to receive a new card.

For Insurance Claims:

In the claims section of AFmobile, you’ll find a list of all insurance benefits claims you’ve submitted. You can sort claims by status (paid/processed or in process) by selecting the appropriate red tabs.

For Reimbursement Accounts:

To view activity for your reimbursement accounts, tap the Access My Reimbursement Account button. Then, select the Claim Activity section to view and track your reimbursement claims. You can search by date range or monetary amount, as well as filter by status.

Yes. If you have a receipt or document to substantiate your claim, simply take a photo with your device’s camera. When you file a new claim, you will be given the option to add camera photos for documentation.

For Insurance Claims:

If submitting a receipt for an existing insurance claim, you can click Additional Documentation from the home dashboard and attach it to a pending claim.

For Reimbursement Accounts:

If submitting a receipt for an existing reimbursement account transaction, on the home dashboard under Reimbursement Accounts, select Overview. Then, select the menu icon on the top left, and select Claims. Then, select the Add Receipt button next to the claim name.

Yes. From your profile, you may select how you’d like to receive notifications about your account, claims, and transactions.

For Insurance Benefits:

To select your insurance benefits preferences, access your Profile in the upper right corner of the screen. From there, tap each section to update your email address and phone number. Additionally, you may turn push notifications on or off from this screen.

For Reimbursement Accounts:

To select your reimbursement preferences, select Overview under Reimbursement Accounts. Then, select the menu in the upper left corner of the screen and tap Communication Settings. Edit your preferences by opting in and out of each notification type.

First, click Overview under Reimbursement Accounts from the home dashboard. Then, select the menu icon on the top left, and tap Cards. You’ll be able to see your current card(s), as well as the expiration date and PIN number. From this screen, you can also report your card lost or stolen.
