My card was lost or stolen. How do I get a new one?
To replace a lost or stolen Benefits Debit Card:
- Log in to your online account
- Click the Reimbursement Account button.
- Hover over your name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Debit Card(s) from the drop-down menu.
- Click Report Lost or Stolen next to the appropriate card.
- Once complete, you will have the option to order an additional card.
