The fastest way to file an accident insurance claim is through your online account or our mobile app, AFmobile®.

  • Online or AFmobile
    1. Log in to your online account or open your AFmobile app.
    2. Click the File a Claim button.
    3. Select the type of claim you would like to file.
    4. Follow the prompts to provide claim details and required documentation.
    5. Check the acknowledgment box and click the Submit button.

    1. Download and complete an accident claim form here.
