Gift Card Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to our $20 Gift Card Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of American Fidelity Assurance Company (“AF”) its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes is conducted on a quarterly basis. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on the first day of each quarter and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the same quarter ("Sweepstakes Period"). Specific dates for each quarter are as follows:

    • Quarter 1: January - March
    • Quarter 2: April - June
    • Quarter 3: July - September
    • Quarter 4: October - December

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the following steps:

    • Click on the link on this page and access the Sweepstakes entry form.
    • Fill out the entry form with the required information (name, email address, etc.).
    •  Submit the form

5. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by AF within approximately five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prize Five (5) winners will receive a $20 gift card each month. The gift card will be selected by AF and is subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

7. General Conditions AF reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond AF's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by AF in its sole discretion.

8. Limitations of Liability AF is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.

9. Disputes This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Oklahoma having jurisdiction.
