Our Benefits Provider Feels Like Family
Video Transcript:
I couldn't imagine us being with anyone else. American Fidelity offers the benefits that we would have to seek out. They administer those, provide those to our employees, and on our end, if we had to administer ourself, that would be a tremendous challenge.
Issues that may pop up, whether it's related to concerns over whatever benefits they may have or whether they may be entitled to, rather than coming to us, they reach out directly to the account rep to take care of issues that otherwise might come to us in my office, but in this case, they're able to go directly to American Fidelity, takes us out of the middle, saves us time and effort because they're able to reach out directly, and they look to them as a family member they trust and respect and look to for advice, 'cause those have been built over time, over the years, have developed that relationship where they feel it's just like family.
They feel comfortable calling, it's an emergency, I need help, I need some assistance. They will share things with their account manager that they probably won't even share with me. Account rep welcomes them, I mean, tells 'em, "If you need something, call me," and they will answer and respond to them, middle of summer, winter break, Christmas break, holidays, whatever it may be, and that individual is seen as part of their family. If he were not here, it would be a tremendous loss. If I had to tell my staff that we're replacing him with someone else, another vendor, I would be looking for another job.
