Steve Haynes: I couldn't imagine us being with anyone else. American Fidelity offers the benefits that we would have to seek out, they administer those, provide those to our employees. And on our end, if we had to administer that ourself, that would be a tremendous challenge.
Sam Robinson: This is our big motto around here, is we want to over communicate with everybody. I would say American Fidelity, they've met our expectation and that community need with communication over the top.
Steve Haynes: There are other entities out there that provide services, but I don't know that they're around the clock. like American Fidelity is, and throughout the year.
Sam Robinson: To me, American Fidelity, that personal touch they give, the way they talk to employees, the teams they bring in, to me, that's where it needs to be and that's where it's at.
Steve Haynes: Account rep welcomes them, I mean, tells 'em, if you need something, call me. And they will answer and respond to them. Middle of summer, winter break, Christmas break, holidays, whatever it may be.
Sam Robinson: I do feel like American Fidelity has taken some more of that time to really connect personally with our employees. When they do meet with them, I've sat on the sidelines, listened to some of those meetings that we had early on. I feel like they really do get to know those employees, even though it is for a short 10 or 15-minute period sometimes.
Steve Haynes: They're able to go directly to American Fidelity, takes us out of the middle, saves us time and effort, because they're able to reach out directly and get that taken care of, completed with whoever it may be at American Fidelity.
Sam Robinson: And I think that's the value that it brings, is that personal conversation of are you getting enough coverage? Are you under covered? Is this really something that historically you think you're going to need and are getting the most value for what you're paying for with that insurance?
Steve Haynes: Over the years, I've developed that relationship where they feel, it's just like family. They feel comfortable calling. It's an emergency, I need help, I need some assistance. They will share things with their account manager that they probably won't even share with me.
Sam Robinson: I would say that American Fidelity is meeting our needs. I think American Fidelity has the ability to adapt to those needs, just like the first meeting I had with them. We're here to serve you. And I think if that approach is taken with every school district, then I think American Fidelity is meeting those needs for everybody.
