My name is Rhonda Caldwell. I'm the executive director of the Kentucky Association of School Administrators. At one point, teaching was number five on the United States most stressful positions list. I've even heard our representatives talk about the stress that we have and trying to align plans and programs that would benefit us in managing our lives a little bit better.

American Fidelity specializes in educators in terms of the benefits that it provides to all of our public school leaders here in the state of Kentucky. And that specialization brings to us specific benefit plans that really align to our lives. The relationship that we have with American Fidelity is one of partnership and friendship that is based on mutual respect and trust and the three things that really pop out in my mind, when I think about American Fidelity, it is customer service, it is expertise, it is also a network of folks across the state and the nation that allow me to take my benefits and services with me wherever I go. And I don't necessarily see those among other partners that I have and I have many partners in the association.

The one thing that I believe people are missing out on is American Fidelity's heart and soul in terms of investing in Kentuckians as educators. Every single day, it's an investment in us as individuals and us as professionals to be the very best that we can be through the services and the benefits that American Fidelity provides to us.
