Kendra Messing: I have never worked with a company that it makes such a great connection with my employees.

Kurt Dennis: You want people that resemble the values and morals of your community. They're sincere. Those are the kind of people that you want in trying to take care of your employees.

Josh Smith: School districts are highly-regulated. If we are found non-compliant with something like Section 125 planning, the penalties can be astronomical from the IRS financially. On top of that, they can also not allow us to offer our benefits at a pre-tax, which that pre-tax offering saves not only the employee money, but also saves the school district money as well.

Mike Engelter: There's a lot of reasons to look at American Fidelity, but one is the fact that they're a seamless partner. You know, they're there with you, working with you, alongside you. I mean, it's important that American Fidelity contacts and works with every single person that we have in the district. If I'm going to give my staff over to the reps to sit down with them, it's really important to me that they're not being given a sales pitch, that they're not subject to the used car salesman approach. That they're being trapped into something. You know, they need to have choices and options, and they need to understand what those are.

Josh Smith: American Fidelity is a great job with educating your people and ways to make sure that they're protected, their families are protected.

Kendra Messing: It means a great deal to me that American Fidelity is so ingrained in schools because it's a special environment when you are taking care of somebody's pride and joy and the most important thing in their lives. So it's really nice that American Fidelity takes that time to get to know our employees and take care of them.

Mike Engelter: You know, they can learn to trust someone. It's something that's key to that relationship piece.

Josh Smith: If you are concerned about compliance at all or simplifying a process for your staff, American Fidelity has been one of the better decisions I've made since I've been at the school district.

Kurt Dennis: That personal touch and that ongoing care has helped us with employer retention. It makes a happier employee. They feel valued. They know someone is out there looking for 'em, helping them protect their families, and that's ultimately their number one concern. No one truly understands a unique world of education and educators and American Fidelity because they specialize and they deal with so many education specific organizations that they have an understanding that other companies just don't have.
