My name is Michelle Moore, and I'm an HR administrative assistant for Meyer Tool.
American Fidelity partners with our broker to enhance our benefits. They come in and they meet with them one-on-one, and they're able to make informed decisions. During that enrollment period, we have a lot of employees, I would probably say 700, maybe, American Fidelity will be there from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and they get the information they need to make informed decisions on what policies would work best for them. It takes probably 10 hours a week off of my plate.
It is very important for our employees to have the best product available to them, and I believe they get that with American Fidelity. Being able to connect with American Fidelity has been a lifesaver. It is just so nice to have people who care. Having American Fidelity come in each year has increased our enrollment by about 4.5%.
