My name is Kurt Dennis. I'm the superintendent here at Sandusky Community Schools.
No one truly understands the unique world of education and educators, and American Fidelity, because they specialize and they deal with so many education specific organizations, that they have an understanding that other companies just don't have.
One of the highlights of American Fidelity is that personal touch. They truly make it a very comfortable, caring situation. They understand we're not experts in this field, and they meet us at our level, explain the benefits, as somebody that's not an expert in the field. And every employee when they left felt like they had just talked to someone that truly does care about the best interests of them and their families. That personal touch and that ongoing care has helped us with employer retention. It makes a happier employee, they feel valued. They know someone is out there looking for 'em, helping them protect their families, and that's ultimately their number one concern.
It's the trust factor. You know they're looking out for you. You know they're on your side. I'm busy, and I may not look over those little things and to know that they'll reach out to me. It's nice to know that that honesty and that trust and that caringness is there.
