Hi, I'm Kendra Messing. I handle everything from payroll, the day to day, HR, benefits implementation, all of that. I have worked with American Fidelity for seven years. I believe the biggest value that American Fidelity provides is the connection. I have never worked with a company that makes such a great connection with my employees.

They take the time out to meet with them. American Fidelity does a great job of integrating the benefits that fit into a family's life with their career and making that connection with them. The education for my employees specifically, it's great because sometimes I can educate them, but an outside person who knows the policies just inside and out are able to give them even more in-depth conversation about what might be beneficial for them. I really appreciate meeting with them after hours, anytime that fits into their lives, because it isn't just an eight to three here at a school.

My employees are working after hours, and sometimes their benefits need to be explained to them after hours so they can disconnect and really sit with their spouse and talk about what fits best for their family. American Fidelity really removes the compliance concern. In my mind, I don't have to worry about it. I know that they've got it locked in, it's gonna be good, and really all I need to do is review and make sure it fits what we're actually doing. It makes my job a lot, a lot easier.

The American Fidelity reps are here to work with you. They're not going to sell you. They really care about what's gonna fit best for you and your family. I would recommend to meet with American Fidelity. If you're hesitant, then what is five minutes of your time to change your opinion, change your experience, make it a positive one.
