Our superintendent had had previous experience with American Fidelity and felt very comfortable with American Fidelity, and so I knew that they would know our people and understand their needs more than anybody else would. They know all those ins and outs of our employees and how we are staffed and how it works.

With American Fidelity, we were able to have them conduct our cafeteria plan enrollment and become our third-party administrator, and there was no cost to our employees to participate in that benefit, which I think is a very good thing. I think one of the most important things is relationships and being able to rely and trust the company that you're working with. We know that they have lots of experience in this arena and I think that's very important. So American Fidelity has been very responsive to us. They want our business, they want this to succeed for our employees, and so they work very hard to provide excellent customer service.
