The Paid Family and Medical Leave Act has been such a burden for school systems. Trying to find out what do we need to do and when do we need to do it has been the initial concern.

I'm Jeff LaPorta. I'm the executive director for Maryland ASBO. It's very obvious that American Fidelity is focused on the success of not only our association, but the bigger goal of focusing on the success of public education in general. People don't have extra staff laying around in our school districts.

Well, now the school doesn't have to dedicate someone to just be focused solely on that position, that job, on those administrative duties, let American Fidelity handle it. There's a genuine aspect to the folks at American Fidelity that they truly want to realize successes and they want you to be a part of those successes. So when everybody succeeds, everybody benefits.

American Fidelity knows the compliance requirements for the LEAVE Act. If American Fidelity is doing this for me, I'm resting easier. I don't have to worry about that now.
