Dr. David Snowden: We are always looking to have competitive salary and benefits, because if not, then they're gonna go somewhere else. They're not only looking at their work environment and what they're gonna be doing and their commute, but they're looking at salary, but the benefit package is right there.
Katrina Wall: They know that if we trust this rep to come into our school district, then they're gonna trust him. We feel like when they're sitting down with the rep to go over benefits that are available to them, they can trust what they're hearing them say and make a good decision on what they want to elect.
Leslie Duke: If I think about the services that American Fidelity provides, and if I thought about bringing that in house for some reason, I couldn't do it. It would demand an entire team of people to support my folks the way that American Fidelity does.
Dr. David Snowden: We have an outstanding relationship with American Fidelity. They've been great partners. We don't look at them as a vendor. We look at them as a true partner. They're professional, they're courteous, they have great expertise in the field, and they're so responsive. If we have an issue, have a problem, they're there. They're either there in person or they're on the phone. They're making sure that our needs are met. So it's extremely comforting knowing that the reliability of American Fidelity is going to be there to take care of any issue that we might have.
Leslie Duke: When American Fidelity implements something, there is constant, how is that going? What does that look like from your side? Is there something that could make that easier or more streamlined? There is constant evaluation and remediation and just trying to figure out how can we make that even easier for our folks?
Dr. David Snowden: You want your employees to feel comfortable in the products that they're purchasing, but also to understand fully what those products mean to them and their family members.
Katrina Wall: American Fidelity is very instrumental in providing our employees with the best possible customer service.
Leslie Duke: When I think about what we've done is we've created another entity that they can call and they can say, I need this answer and I need it pretty quickly, because I've got this limited amount of time to take care of this personal need that I have, so that I can get back to caring for our students. And so being able to provide that level of care for our employees is really important to us, and American Fidelity has not failed us.
