There is the ultimate trust for American Fidelity. They've been great partners. We don't look at them as a vendor. We look at them as a true partner. They're professional, they're courteous, they have great expertise in the field, and they're extremely responsive. I don't look at 'em just as agents, but as also professional colleagues.

They're always available. They're always asking, "Hey, what do you need? "You need anything from us?" 'Cause that's what it's about. It's about us trying to find the best for our employees. We are always looking to have competitive salaries and benefit, 'cause if not, then they're gonna go somewhere else. You want your employees to feel comfortable in the products that they're purchasing, but also to understand fully what those products mean to them and their family members. The other thing that's so important is you don't have teachers out of their instructional environment for very long.

They arrange their schedule so that teachers can be there in their classroom teaching kids, just their flexibility and their willingness to cooperate in any form or fashion is tremendous. American Fidelity is not an outsider. They're part of our team. When they enter our office, people know 'em by first name and it's a great relationship. The most important thing that American Fidelity does for the Franklin Special School District is handle the needs of our employees, because we always wanna put the employees first and their needs first. And American Fidelity definitely is interested in making sure that the needs of our employees are met.

So of all the good things American Fidelity does for us as a district, I think the care of our employees has to be paramount.
