The Evolution of Classic Auto's Partnership with American Fidelity

Video Transcript:

Classic Auto started with American Fidelity over 15 years ago. We were looking for a benefit provider that could be there for our employees. And the difficulty of managing the benefits and providing the max level of offering to every employee was just too much for us to do internally. Classic Chevrolet believes in partnering with great people and our partnerships make us who we are.

And the way this relationship has grown over time is astounding. I run very minimal HR teams here at Classic, I mean, it's usually in most of my stores, it's one or two payroll people, and their biggest challenge is getting pay done on time. Letting someone handle the benefits in a seamless process allows me to have less head count, and allows my payroll employee to be focused on the most important thing to my employees day-to-day is, "Is my paycheck correct?" And I'm able to do that with fewer people 'cause American Fidelity bridges that gap.

Having someone in there to explain these things and educate my employees directly in a one-on-one conversation is invaluable to them. The one-on-one approach means I'm just pulling one person off the line at a time for a conversation, and it's so much easier for me to accommodate from a business perspective because no area is losing too many people at one time. I'm seeing better engagement, I'm seeing better take rates. Those take rates turn into me keeping an employee, often with years of experience, and I get to retain them. It's wonderful.

Consider a world-class benefits provider like American Fidelity.
