Exceptional Service Meets Employee Benefits

Andy Levandusky: We have a strong benefit package as a city. We can only do so much to recruit and retain employees, so offering a great benefit package is the best way we can do that. American Fidelity set up an appointment with me. They went over everything they could offer. And I talked to my finance director and she was on board and we went on from there.
Jay Dennis: Every year we meet with our benefit manager and absolutely wonderful explains everything thoroughly. Big family. There's a lot to go over. They explained it very well to us, so we appreciate that.
Tekiquia Bailey: I am a single mom. I want to make sure that me and my family has the best coverage. They make it to where I can understand what's going on, and it's cost saving, so I don't feel like everything is just coming out of my paycheck.

It's been huge because a lot of times the employees will ask me and I will just refer them directly to the rep and they will get back to them quickly, resolve any issue they can right away.
Jay Dennis: They have all your information, you sit down, they go over literally line by line, Do you want this? This is what this does. This is what this covers. There's no pressure. It would probably take me ten times as long for my wife and I to sit down on our phones and try and figure all this out. Once a year, we come in here and sit down for five, ten minutes and just knock it out.
Tekiquia Bailey: Having somebody sit here with me, explain everything to me, it makes it easier for me and he makes it to where I can make the right choices. I do feel like I got some support to be able to reap the benefits from it. That's been a good thing for me and my family.
Andy Levandusky: And that's a relief on my part. That's something that takes a lot off my plate that I don't have to deal with. So American Fidelity provides all that information to the employee and I go on about my day because I don't have to worry about those things.
