Navigating Your New Portal
Things may look different, but we know you are going to love it! On the left side of the screen, you can easily access information and areas needed to simplify your workday. This includes the Inbox, Billing, Claims, Employees, Files and Help Center.
Group Admin Tab Changes
One key change you’ll notice is there is no longer a Group Admin section. Everything you accessed here can now be found in a new area:
Review or Terminate Employee

Employees > Select Employee > Change Employee Status
Election Forms

Files > Select Location > Election Form > Select Plan Year, Plan Month and Search by Employee Name
Employer Address Change

Hello, Your Name > Company
Census for Enrollment

Third-Party Sick Pay Reports

Files > Select Location > Third-Party Sick Pay Reports
Flex Reports

Here are some other changes you may have noticed: Under Hello, Your Name, you will find a drop down allowing you to access your company information, your profile and password and your communication preferences.
Any tasks you may have, such as form submissions to complete a claim, billing actions to resolve a discrepancy, etc. can be found under the Tasks tab on the Inbox page.
