Create an Account
If you haven’t created your American Fidelity online account, watch this quick video for instructions on getting started.
- You must wait one business day after your enrollment to create your online account.
- Please use the same email address you used during your enrollment when registering.
Once you have registered, you will be able to log in and view your account information.
What if I forgot my username?
If you forget your username, go to the login screen and click Forgot Username. Input your last name, Social Security Number, and email address associated with your American Fidelity account. You will receive an email with your username and further instructions.

What if I forgot my password?
To reset your password, go to the login screen and click Forgot Password. Then, type your username and select Submit. Your security question will appear. After you correctly answer this question, a temporary password will be sent to the email address on your account.
Tap Login Help. Input your username and Submit. You will receive an email with a temporary password and further information.
Log in using the temporary password provided. After you reset your password, you’ll be able to log in using your online account or AFmobile.

How do I change my password?
To change your account password once logged in, select Password from within your profile. Click Save Password when you’re done.
To change your account password when you’re already logged in, simply select Change Password from within your profile. Tap Update Password when you’re done.
