What is a pending transaction?

A pending transaction requires additional documentation to complete processing. You will receive communication when documentation is needed.

To submit documentation for an existing transaction:

  1. Log in to your online account or AFmobile®.
  2. Click on the Reimbursement Account button to navigate to the reimbursement account page.
  3. Scroll down to view your Claim Activity and their statuses.
  4. Find the claim you need to submit documentation for and click the Add Receipt button.
  5. Click Browse to locate the receipt file you are uploading or drag and drop the receipt into the designated box.
  6. Click Submit.
