What is a pending transaction?
A pending transaction requires additional documentation to complete processing. You will receive communication when documentation is needed.
To submit documentation for an existing transaction:
- Log in to your online account or AFmobile®.
- Click on the Reimbursement Account button to navigate to the reimbursement account page.
- Scroll down to view your Claim Activity and their statuses.
- Find the claim you need to submit documentation for and click the Add Receipt button.
- Click Browse to locate the receipt file you are uploading or drag and drop the receipt into the designated box.
- Click Submit.
