How do I make an online payment for ineligible LPFSA expenses?

If you have an outstanding balance on your Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA) due to a Benefits Debit Card transaction that has an ineligible expense, you may pay it online by following these steps:

1. Log in to your online account or register if you don’t have one yet.
2. Click Manage My Reimbursement Account.
3. If there are ineligible transaction amounts related to the current plan year under Balance Due, click Repay Now. You must have direct deposit set up to be able to do this.
4. Choose to pay the Full Amount, Partial Amount, or select Individual Transactions to pay.
5. Check the box to authorize your payment and click Submit.
