How do I find my policy effective date?

To find your policy effective date for insurance benefits:

1. Log in to your online account.
2. On the dashboard, your effective date will be next to your policy name under Policies stating “Covered since” followed by your effective date.
3. For lapsed policies, click Benefits to find these effective dates.
