Why am I unable to download or print my invoice online?

Your pop-up blocker may be on. Here's how you can edit those settings:

Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of your browser.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Select Privacy and Security from the options on the left side. 
  4. Click on Site Settings.
  5. Click on Pop-ups and Redirects.
  6. Select Don't allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of your browser.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Select Cookies and Site Permissions from the options on the left side.
  4. Scroll down to Pop-ups and Redirects.
  5. Toggle on Block (recommended).
