How do I transfer my American Fidelity 403(b) Plan over to my new employer's plan?

This is dependent upon your new plan. If your new employer's plan offers American Fidelity as a vendor you can simply request a change of employer to move from one plan to another and maintain your American Fidelity account. To start this process please email annuity-services@americanfidelity.com or contact us at 800-662-1113.

If your new employer does not include American Fidelity as a vendor you may leave your account with American Fidelity and begin a new account with a vendor included in your new employer's plan.  If you would like to move your account balance with American Fidelity to the new vendor you will need to complete a transfer or rollover. To access this form, log in to your online account, go to the Annuities tab, then select Annuity Forms on the right-hand side of the screen.
