How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?

To enroll in Direct Deposit for insurance claims online:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Hover over your name at the top of your screen and click Direct Deposit.
  3. Enter or update your bank account information.
  4. Click to check the Authorize box.
  5. Click on the Save Direct Deposit button.

To enroll in Direct Deposit for reimbursement claims online:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Click the Reimbursement Account button.
  3. Hover over your name in the top right of the screen and select Profile.
  4. Select the Edit button above Reimbursement Method.
  5. Select Direct Deposit.
  6. Enter or update your bank account information.
  7. Click the Save button.

To enroll in Direct Deposit using AFmobile®:

  1. Once logged in, tap the More icon located in the lower-right corner of the app.
  2. Scroll down to Direct Deposit.
  3. Choose whether you’d like to enroll in Reimbursement Direct Deposit or Insurance Direct Deposit.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Note: You’ll need to set up direct deposit for your insurance benefits and reimbursement accounts separately.
