How do I file a reimbursement claim?

To file an FSA/HRA reimbursement claim online or using AFmobile:

  1. Log in to your account online or through your mobile device.
  2. Click the File a Claim button.
  3. Under Reimbursement Accounts, select the link to navigate to the reimbursement account portal (which will open in a new tab).
  4. For Service Type, choose the account you want to file a claim for, then fill in the required claim information as prompted.
  5. Complete the claim form.
  6. Choose your preferred Validation Method.
  7. Check the authorization box and click Submit to finalize your claim.

To reimburse yourself for an HSA expense:

  1. Log in to your online account.
  2. Click the File a Claim button.
  3. Under Reimbursement Accounts, select the link to navigate to the reimbursement portal (which will open in a new tab).
  4. Fill in the required reimbursement information as prompted.
  5. Check the authorization box and click Submit.
  6. On the following screen, review your reimbursement details and click Submit to finalize your request.

To file a reimbursement claim by fax or mail:

  1. Download and complete the relevant claim form from our Claim Form page.
  2. Submit the completed form and required documentation via fax or mail. 

Please note, paper claim filing is not the fastest option. File a claim online or through AFmobile to get your money faster.
