Interns will make $12/hour and can work 15 to 20 hours a week. Interviews and orientations will be held virtually.
Our goal is to have onsite collaboration at our headquarters in OKC as permitted but will be flexible as needed with virtual options. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for consideration.

Interns have flexible working hours that flow with their class schedules. There are opportunities to work on weekends, and outside of normal business hours defined by the leadership team, to fit students’ busy lifestyles.

Business Operations Internships
- Answering customer emails and calls regarding their claims and account questions
- Reviewing and reconciling customer bills and payments
- Proactively educating customers on tools and resources available to them
- Keying customer insurance forms and applications
- Learn and use AF's billing systems
- Learn about the customer experience for call center and customer processing
