Work Environment
Our collaborative, relationship-focused culture means we like in-person interactions when possible. Our Home Office in Oklahoma City features numerous onsite amenities and our open work environment helps foster teamwork. We also value flexibility and certain roles can be performed fully remote, while nearly all roles can be performed partially virtual.
Regardless of where you work, our goal is to be a Great Place to Work for All, so we make every effort to make sure everyone feels included. Technology brings our Colleagues together, with video calls, chat and our social intranet. Our events include virtual options so all can get in on the fun. The majority of our Colleagues split their time between working from home and coming to the office, depending on their role and business needs.
