Reporting Requirements
You can fulfill your reporting requirements to the state via Delaware LaborFirst or by using paper forms.

Quarterly Hour & Wage Reports
Employers with approved private plans, whether purchased through an insurance carrier or self-insured, must provide quarterly reports to the Division of Paid Leave. These reports must include weekly enrollment data, wages, and hours worked for each employee covered under their plan. Reports should be submitted through Delaware LaborFirst.
