Managing Your Census File
To help ensure that PFMLI benefits are administered correctly, it's essential to have an up-to-date and accurate census file. The file helps us identify eligible employees, process claims, and calculate premiums.
To process PFMLI requests, you must upload an updated census file matching the required format and data specifications discussed during your onboarding sessions. You have three frequency options for submitting your census file:
Note: Providing an updated census file on a more frequent basis ensures we have the most accurate information possible when
administering benefits. Failing to provide an updated census file could cause delays in getting benefits paid to employees.
