What You’ll Pay
Contributions are .9% of your wages, up to the Social Security wage base, which is $176,100 for 2025. Your employer will pay at least 50% of your monthly premium. The remaining portion not paid by your employer will be taken from your paycheck.
Benefit Amount
Benefits will depend on your earnings compared to Colorado's Average Weekly Wage.

Colorado Division of Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program determines these amounts annually. 2025-2026 Colorado’s Average Weekly Wage is $1,534.94. These figures are subject to change.
