Evaluating how your enrollment went can be just as stressful and time-consuming as enrollment. Our account managers will review the process with you, then ensure your billing is ready to go. After enrollment, you and your account manager will:

  • Discuss what worked well and what didn’t
  • Review tax savings, reports and evaluate metrics
  • Plan for next year
  • Set up billing

  • Ensure billing data matches so the provided payroll deduction information is accurate
  • Provide training for our online account to access, reconcile, pay bills
  • Upload data directly into your payroll system at no cost
