Managing Your Census File

Knowing which employees are covered, ensures accuracy when processing leave requests and determining benefit amounts. Failing to provide an updated census file can cause delays in getting benefits paid to employees.

To process PFMLI claims, you must upload an updated census file matching the required format and data specifications at initial onboarding, and with your payroll cycles, or on a monthly or quarterly basis.
