Online Account Tips:

  • The email address we have on file is the one you provided when you signed up for your benefits. To create an account, these must match.
  • If your email address has recently changed, contact us before you complete these steps.
  • Once registered, use the same username and password for online and mobile app access.

Create an online account:

  1. Register for an account.
  2. A temporary password will be emailed to you.

Create a mobile account:

  1. Download AFmobile, from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Touch Register to get started.
  3. Get immediate secured access to your account.

Forgot username:

  1. Go to Username Help. You will be asked to provide your:
  • email address
  • last name, and
  • social security number
  1. A temporary username will be emailed to you.

Forgot password:

  1. Go to Password Help.
  2. Complete the required information.
  3. A temporary password will be emailed to you.
