American Fidelity has a dedicated sales training team to guide our sales colleagues on a journey of continuous learning throughout their entire careers. Colleagues have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of training topics focused on sales, products and leadership through a variety of mediums to fit all learning styles. Training programs are designed to meet our account managers’ needs by being properly timed and appropriately challenging.
