American Fidelity, one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, is hiring an operations manager to co-manage our Customer Engagement team, which provides front-line support to our customers and policyholders. This position will focus on coaching team leaders and helping them grow in their roles, provide onboarding support to help retain new colleagues and collaborate with other leaders in the Operations division to continuously make improvements in how we serve customers.
