Earn While You Learn at American Fidelity!
The Customer Experience internship is a paid program where students will develop business communications skills and gain corporate experience at a national headquarters. Selected interns will learn about American Fidelity products and medical terminology, work closely with a coach and communicate to customers via phone or email.
Students who participate in the Customer Experience internship will have access to American Fidelity amenities such as the gym, walking trails and on-site grill. Interns have flexible working hours that flow with their class schedules as well as the option to work from home after training, onboarding and specific milestones are met. There are opportunities to work on weekends, and outside of normal business hours defined by the leadership team, to fit students’ busy lifestyles.
Students will either be selected to participate in the internship for six-months or two-years depending on their experience, skills and availability. The longer internship includes retention bonus opportunities, but the two years of employment is not guaranteed. Interns will make $12/hour and can work up to 20 hours a week.
