At American Fidelity, our various Customer service teams assist Customers with their supplemental benefits. These include disability, accident and cancer insurance and Section 125 plans. Team members assist Customers with filing claims, reviewing account statuses and answering questions about their accounts. They may also process billings and payments, balance accounts, make daily deposits, audit receipts and adjudicate claims.
