AF Teacher Fellowship

The AF Teacher Fellowship provides teachers an opportunity to work on a real-life technology team doing software development, enterprise information management or technical infrastructure projects. They can then take this experience back to their classrooms to help their students learn about and prepare for these careers.

2019 AF Teacher Fellows

The AF Teacher Fellows will earn a corporate IT salary for the time they work during the summer. Schedules will be flexible to accommodate differing school summer schedules, required professional development days, etc. AF Teacher Fellows will also receive a $2,000 stipend to use for their classroom upon completion of the program.

Experience of a Lifetime

“This has been the experience of a lifetime. In the past two months I have been exposed to more knowledge in technology than I feel a collegiate-level course would provide in a year. I have felt more than taken care of by my team and supervisor. She has been so accommodating to any of our needs and questions.”

Casey Denton
Rockwood Elementary
